Operator Card Test Agent Proctor Requires Become Agent Proctor

Canadian Coast Guard accredited operator card CDN $34.95 includes a Free PDF download accredited course, the online test and your pleasure craft operator wallet card, If you have already paid and have an order number, please go to step #3. If you have not made your purchase yet please;

1. Click on purchase. You will immediately receive your order number and receipt by e-mail. 

2. Once you have received your order number by e-mail return to this page.


3. To take the "online test" the following steps need to be taken in sequence.

Canadian Coast Guard standards for all testing state you require an Proctor who must be present when you write the exam.

When you have purchased the test and have your unique order number;

Click on Sign up and provide information including your proctor's email address. This automatically sends your proctor an email with a link to the proctor sign up application form. Once the proctor has submitted this form and the information is verified, allow 24 hours for your online test link to be sent to you, and the password to be sent to your proctor. 

PLEASE NOTE  

If your proctor email address is incorrect, you will not be able to proceed.

If your proctor loses the password it will automatically void your test.

4. Once you have received the TEST LINK, your PROCTOR has received the PASSWORD, and you are ready to write the test. With your proctor present, use your TEST LINK and the PROCTOR PASSWORD to access the online test. You will receive feedback on each incorrectly answered question at the end of the test.  After 45 minutes the test will automatically stop. Your marks will be displayed and sent directly to us. 

6. If you achieve  27/36 (75%) your Pleasure Craft Operator Card will be mailed to you. Failed exams require a $10 re examination fee and the exam cannot be taken within 24 hours.
