International Certificate of Competency
ISPA Competent Crew Basic Power
Certified as being competent to live aboard a coastal cruising power driven vessel and act as Competent Crew. In addition is competent to substitute as skipper in an emergency.
Certified to skipper power driven vessels under 4 meters in non-tidal waters where no navigational hazards exist, within 5 miles of safe harbor, during daylight hours only, in light to moderate wind conditions. |
