Skipper power driven vessels under 4 meters in non-tidal waters where no navigational hazards exist, within 5 miles of safe harbor, during daylight hours only, in light to moderate wind conditions. The Coastal Skipper Advanced Power Boating, provides electronic navigation, advanced anchoring, heavy weather, stability, engine/boat system troubleshooting and much more for the Advanced Coastal Skipper who wants to bareboat charter in coastal/tidal waters internationally. Also provides the home study, correspondence shore based course knowledge requirements for Coastal Skipper Advanced Power Shore Based Certificate
