Photo Release Agreement

I hereby grant International Sail and Power Academy Inc. (ISPA) and its representatives, employees, and agents the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish the photographs or images that I have uploaded or provided to ISPA through its website or any other means, for the following purposes:

1. Commercial Use: To use the photographs for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotional materials, website content, social media, and other commercial endeavours related to ISPA.
2. Non-Commercial Use: To use the photographs for non-commercial purposes, including educational, informational, and editorial purposes.

I understand and agree that:

1. Ownership: ISPA shall be the sole owner of all rights, title, and interest in the photographs, and I shall have no ownership rights or interest in the photographs.

2. Compensation: I understand that I shall not be entitled to any compensation, royalties, or payments in connection with the use of the photographs.

5. Release and Waiver: I release and forever discharge ISPA and its representatives, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, suits, liabilities, or damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use, distribution, or display of the photographs.
6. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ISPA from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use of the photographs.
7. Consent for Use: I represent that I have the legal right to grant this release and that I am over 18 years of age. If the individual in the photographs is a minor, I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian with the authority to grant this release on their behalf.

This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I have read this entire agreement, fully understand its contents, and agree to its terms voluntarily.
