Sea School of Newfoundland was founded in 1999 by owner-operator Jim Miller. Jim has experience in the operation of sailboats, fast-rescue craft, small commercial vessels, and cruising trawlers. He is a certified instructor with the International Sail and Power Academy. Jim has sailed thousands of miles, both in his own boats and as a volunteer crew with sailing friends. Many of his sailing adventures have been recounted in the Pleasure Boating column of The Navigator magazine and on sailing websites.
